Ok, week 3 on keto began today. I am in ketosis (using test strips) and no cheating. However, got a little excited about the rebel ice cream and over did it on vacation past few days. Feeling completely bloated, and look that way as well. (Haven’t weighed in for last 2 weeks as no scale on vaca) Trying to figure out how to best reverse this….is bloating common on keto, or is it likely from the sweetener in the rebel ice cream only. (I’ve read it can cause digestive issues.) I look like I’m 8 months pregnant now! Ugh!
